Well, true to their word, they did fix this case.. I now works perfectly with the iPhone AND bumper.. Terrific folks to deal with.. I am very happy.

I would have loved this case if it were not for the fact that it does not work when the iPhone has its protective cover (bumper) installed. That combination is just too big for this case.. I did remove the cover and the
fit was perfect. But we all know that the iPhone 4 needs this cover to fix the antenna issue.. I had hoped that I could live with this but after dropping my phone trying to get it out of the case, I knew it was not going to work.. PLEASE fix this wonderful case...

The Alinda is a high quality well designed case that truly compliments the Iphone 4S. Unlike other cases that create the pouch by seaming two pieces of leather, the Alinda uses three pieces well stitched together to provide the square form fit of the phone itself. The soft velvet interior protects the screen and glass surfaces without restricting the removal of the phone. Although I was concerned about dropping the unprotected phone when removing it from the horizontal position, I quickly realized that ratchiting the belt clip to the vertical position and removing the phone from the side provided a better and safer grip. A slightly tighter fit with a pull ribbon under the phone to raise it for removal from the case might be a slight improvement in design for those of us who appreciate the beauty of the Iphone and prefer not detracting from it by using a protective rubber or silicone bumper.

I could not easily remove my bare iPhone 4s from this tight fitting case. The design and workmanship is very good, but the usability ic compromised by too tight a fit, even without a perimeter cushion strip.

The makers should re-design this case to provide room for the iPhone 4s with a perimeter 'border' case around it to provide some dropped phone protection! The it would be the best belt case on the market!

OttoCase: We are going to have a new version coming soon that will accomodate bumpers. The current version is designed for a perfect fit on a naked iPhone.

After searching for a real leather belt clip for many months, I was delighted to find Otto Case on the Web. They feature the real thing at reasonable prices. So many other cases are advertised as leather, only to disintegrate within a very short time. The Otto Case is made of the finest quality cow hide, and should last and look great for a long time.
