How do I track my order?

My order never arrived.

Click the "My Account" link at the footer section of our site to track your order status. Be sure that all of the items in your order are indicated as shipped. If your order displays your Package Tracking Numbers, check with the shipping company to confirm that your packages were delivered. If each of your packages shows a status of "delivered", please contact customer service for assistance.

An item is missing from my shipment.

How do I create an account?

1) Click the "My Account" link at the footer section of our site.2) Enter your email address.3) Select "I am a new customer".

Then simply follow the prompts to complete setting up your account. Your information is NEVER sold to any other company and is kept completely private. Please view our Privacy Policy for more information.

How do I edit my account information?

Click the "My Account" link at the footer section of our site to edit your account information.

How much is my shipping?

Shipping is free of charge for orders in the USA.

For international orders, our shipping software will calculate the fees depending on the weight of the package and delivery address.

I forgot my password.

Click the "My Account" link at the footer section of our site. Under the login box you'll see a link that says, "Forgot your password? Click here". Upon clicking the link, you will be sent an email with your password.

How do I return my product?

You may return new, unopened items within 15 days of delivery for a full refund. We will also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. For example, if you received an incorrect or defective item.

You should expect to receive your refund within three weeks of submitting your package to the return shipper. However, in many cases, you will receive a refund more quickly.

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the “My Account” menu and click the “Return Item(s)” button. We will notify you via email of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item.

I received the wrong product.

When will my order ship?

Please see each individual item page for more information on the availability of each item. Also, after placing your order, you may click the "My Account" link at the footer section of our site to track the status of your order.

We usually ship the packages within 24 hours of receiving the order. You will receive a confirmation via email when your order has shipped. Tracking information will be sent via email within 24-48 hours of shipment.

Do I have to pay sales tax?

Customers located in GA, USA pay sales tax.

I have a question about my charges.

When will my credit appear on my account?

Credits can take anywhere between 7-10 business days from the time we receive your item(s).
